My lack of flexibility had always prevented me from getting the club parallel to the ground. I had always felt restricted but this work specifically freed up my left shoulder and in my trunk movements I felt as if the rubber bands had been taken off. I cant wait for Margaret to work with my top golf professionals as well as continue to experience more work for myself. It is interesting to note that after the session with Margaret I didnt play for 3 or 4 days so the new movements were something I was able to retain for myself which is exactly what learning is all about.
