time. Learning can be maximized with an appropriate mix of Functional Integration®
sessions, individualized movement classes and personal coaching. This immersion
approach may be just what you need. Create your own mini retreat!
- Sports improvement i.e. golf, tennis, windsurfing, running, skiing, snowboarding etc.
- Wellness and lifestyle issues i.e. posture, neck and back pain, balance, lifting etc.
If needed, I can book you a windsurfing or surfing lesson or arrange a tee time that
coordinates with your program.
